How we handle your orders:
All orders are subject to a 24 hour holding period. You can cancel your order any time in that 24 hour period.
We process and ship orders with in 1to3 business days.
Returns:
I will always process all orders as if I were choosing them for myself. If when you receive your order please check it immediately and report any shortages or damage to the products inside the package. Notify me right away and I will resolve the problem. You can contact me by e-mail at Cheryl@scrap-with-cropshop.com or by phone 502-418-3508. I don’t have a toll free number at this time. All returns must have a return merchandise acceptance number you can get this number by e-mail or phone; no returns will be accepted with out this number.
No item will be accepted for return after 30 days.
All special ordered items returned will be subject to a %25 restocking fee.
Orders that have been processed and or shipped can not be canceled; you may return the order for a refund; if the Item is a currently stocked item and in unopened packages. Discontinued items and bargain bin items are non returnable, sale of these items are final. The shipping cost can not be refunded and the return shipping costs are the customers’ responsibility.
All items ordered will be packed carefully and in great condition, you will get an e-mail with a tracking number when your order ships. When your order is shipped the amount of time it takes to get to you depends on the mode of shipment and how far the order is being shipped.
Shipping:
Our shipping charges are based on shipping weight.
If when you receive your order and the shipment is crushed or opened please notify the company that delivered the order, and keep the damaged package to show to that company.
