The Crop Shop Policies
How we handle your orders:
All orders are subject to a 24 hour holding period. You can cancel your order any time in that 24 hour period.
We process and ship orders with in 1to3 business days.
Returns:
I will always process all orders as if I were choosing them for myself. If when you receive your order please check it immediately and report any shortages or damage to the products inside the package. Notify me right away and I will resolve the problem. You can contact me by e-mail at Cheryl@scrap-with-cropshop.com or by phone 502-418-3508. I don’t have a toll free number at this time. All returns must have a return merchandise acceptance number you can get this number by e-mail or phone; no returns will be accepted with out this number.
No item will be accepted for return after 30 days.
All special ordered items returned will be subject to a %25 restocking fee.
Orders that have been processed and or shipped can not be canceled; you may return the order for a refund; if the Item is a currently stocked item and in unopened packages. Discontinued items and bargain bin items are non returnable, sale of these items are final. The shipping cost can not be refunded and the return shipping costs are the customers’ responsibility.
All items ordered will be packed carefully and in great condition, you will get an e-mail when your order ships. When your order is shipped the amount of time it takes to get to you depends on the mode of shipment and how far the order is being shipped.
Shipping:
Our shipping charges are based on shipping weight and method.
If when you receive your order and the shipment is crushed or opened please notify the company that delivered the order, and keep the damaged package to show to that company. If your order is damaged in shipping the company is responsible for refunding your money. If you need help in resolving this type of problem please contact me at Help @scrap-with-cropshop.com
Back Orders and Discontinued Items:
I will try and keep all advertised inventory on hand, there will be times when items will be back ordered or discontinued. I will notify you of the back order or that the item has been discontinued and you can let me know how you wish to proceed. I am currently setting up accounts with several vendors so that I have access to items with more than one vendor.
Don’t See It:
If you are looking for an item that I don’t currently stock please e-mail me at Cheryl@scrap-with-cropshop.com . I will try to get the item for you and if enough interest is shown will make the item a permanent store item.
Charge Backs:
The Crop Shop will attempt to collect any and all charges that are charged back to me from fraudulent use of a credit card.
Posting Rules:
The Crop Shop will not tolerate any type of obscene, derogatory, discriminating language or images. The person responsible for such actions will not be welcome back to our site.
Personal Information:
We use your name, address, phone number, e-mail to process and ship your order, and contact you about your order if we need to.
Your name may remain on our system to expedite future order processing, as for your personal information this is used only by us for processing service and we do not share or sell any of your personal data.
News Letter:
The Crop Shop will try to be sending out a news letter every 4 to 6 weeks, and only if you sign up for this e-mailing will you be sent one. You may cancel any time by sending me an e-mail to Cheryl @scrap-with-cropshop.com. Just say remove me from e-mail list.
More Security:
I am very passionate about security. We use industry standard protocol on our private business network and computer. This computer is accessed only by me and my partner Rick. We update daily our virus definitions, routers, firewalls and all other software and hardware. Rick loves to search for updates. This computer is protected by finger print identification, this means that only the prints on file can access this computer, and there are only two prints.
